I love this new service, I have to travel frequently for work. And I was able to pre pay for my next 20 rides for a small discount. I schedule my rides for the month at the beginning of every month. I never write reviews, but this company deserves one! So happy I found this service! When I called them the agent was super nice over the phone. Also, Larry the driver is awesome! First trip was from Newark Liberty International airport to upstate NY. My family member enjoyed the ride in a fancy car! Second trip was not back to Newark, but I liked this company so much that I called them again. I was happy to hear they also transport from upstate New York to LaGuardia airport! We got Larry the driver again in a really nice car! Thank you again for transporting my most precious cargo, my family!

Highly satisfied! Professionalism was top notch. The staff that scheduled our ride provided excellent customer service; he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had my trip scheduled within a few minutes. Our flight into Newark was slightly delayed but they were very patient and understanding. I have a family of 6 so safety and professionalism was extremely important. My children were complimentary of the Driver for sharing tourist sites with us as we arrived in New York City. They met all of our needs and got us to our destination safely. Highly recommend!

We needed a same-day car service for a flight coming in at 7:30pm last week for a family member. We called and they were willing to do a pick up. Even though the flight was late and her baggage wasn’t ready till nearly 8:30, they didn’t charge us anything extra. The fee was very reasonable, she said the car was big and clean, and was very happy with the service. Thank you!
